Exercising Grounding and Clearing the Aura

We are all in the process of raising our vibration, and many people are becoming more sensitive to the energy, people, and their surroundings. Have you ever felt that you have become so exhausted, drained, and tired after being in the office, or going out shopping, or being around people for no reason?  Have you ever felt so sad or depressed all the sudden but didn’t know why, or where it came from? Have you ever felt that you were riding a wave of the sea, and becoming dizzy, unfocused, or unable to think clearly? If so, it is important to be centered and grounded in your own energy.

Going into nature, walking in the forest, sitting near the water, taking the time to smell the flavor of trees and flowers can greatly help you rejuvenate and recenter yourself. Of course, most of us are unable to go to the nature and sit in front of water to relax daily. However, you can do some simple exercises in the morning after you get up and before you start your day. It will benefit you greatly.

Here is a simple exercise to ground yourself in your own energy space, it only requires a few minutes daily, but you will benefit from it greatly if you can keep doing it in the morning daily or whenever you need it:

First of all, take a few deep breaths, inhale, and exhale deeply to relax your body, mind, and soul. Then, say a silent prayer, “May the light of Divine Spirit, the Creator of all that is, enter me, through me, surround me and protect me. Then, visualize a beautiful white light coming down from the Sky entering the top of your head – your Crown Chakra. Visualize the white light passing through from your Crown Chakra to your Third eye Chakra between your eye brows, down to your Throat Chakra in the middle of your throat, down to your Heart Chakra, down to your Solar Plexus Chakra, down to your Navel Chakra (right below your navel), down to your Base Chakra at the base of your tail bone; Then visualize the white light going down from the base chakra to your hips, thighs, knees, calves to the bottom of your feet, then going out of the bottoms of your feet and entering Mother Earth and reaching the core of Mother Earth.

When the white light has reached the center of Mother Earth, feel that you are well grounded. Then, visualize the white light of Mother Earth rising up, and entering the bottom of your feet, continually rising up to your ankles, calves, knees, thighs, and hips, and continually going up into your Base Chakra, Navel Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra and Crown Chakra. When the white light has reached the Crown Chakra, visualize it coming down and staying in your Heart Chakra. As it reaches your Heart Chakra, visualize the white light expanding outwards from your heart to surround you in a 6 feet high oval shaped silver light cocoon. You are now well grounded and protected.

Once you finish this process, give thanks to the Universe and to the Mother Earth.

At last, slowly open your eyes and feel refreshed and grounded.

As the day goes by, your Aura absorbs the energy surrounding you. Whenever you feel drained, exhausted, tired, or stressed, you can do the following exercise to clear your Aura and restore your own energy.

First of all, if possible, wash your face and hands with running water, you can do this in the bathroom. Washing the exposed parts of your body, such as your face and hands, is very effective to assist you to clear the energy. Then, find a quiet place to sit down, and say a silent prayer; “Divine Spirit, the Creator of all that is, I ask you to provide me the color of energy to assist me to clear my aura and rejuvenate my energy. As always, I ask your protection. Thank you!”

Then, take a few deep breathes to relax your body. Visualize in front of you, there is a white board and a brush, visualize the color that the brush puts on the white board. This is the color you need to use to paint your aura.

Then imagine the brush is painting your aura around you from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet as if you are wrapped in this color’s cocoon. You need to make sure the cocoon is well painted by the color, if there is any leak, you can imagine the brush going back and repainting that area until there is no leak.

Once you have completed coloring your auric cocoon, then, visualize the color starting to dissipate gradually from the bottom to the top. Make sure the cocoon becomes clear, and you are still inside the clear cocoon. Now, your Aura is cleared, and you should feel good again. Once you have finished, slowly open your eyes, and feel refreshed and revitalized. You can do this exercise whenever you feel drained or tired.
