Forgiveness Sets Us Free

On January 18th, 2022, the North Node entered Taurus while the South Node entered Scorpio, this energy configuration will remain in these signs and therefore our lives for 18 months till July 2023. The nodes in transit indicate a significant shift globally and on a personal level. We are also in the Scorpio and Taurus Eclipse season. Eclipses are times of alignment – their goal is to remind us of our life purpose.
We have 4 eclipses in 2022 and all of them happen on the Taurus-Scorpio axis. If you have personal planets or angles in Taurus and Scorpio, Leo, and Aquarius, watch for these eclipses. This is when you can expect major events, changes, or developments. On top of it is that the eclipses this year all aspect Uranus in Taurus. A trait of Uranus is the sudden and unexpected, so these eclipses may have more surprises and twists than your regular eclipses.
We have just passed two Eclipses in Scorpio and Taurus; on April 30th, 2022 – North Node Solar Eclipse at 10° Taurus – The Solar Eclipse was conjunct Uranus, and the ruler of the eclipse, Venus, was conjunct Jupiter and Neptune in Pisces, which may bring fairytale-like developments. Dreams can come true with this Eclipse – be careful what you wish for, and on May 15th, 2022 – South Node Lunar Eclipse at 25° Scorpio – The Lunar Eclipse in Scorpio is opposite Uranus in Taurus, showing us what we need to release from our lives if we want to live in alignment with our true values.
If you have planets in Scorpio, Taurus, Leo, and Aquarius, it is no mistake that you are going through some intense emotional processing, either triggered by external events and people, or simply because of your own inner turmoil. The South Node in Scorpio provides us the opportunity to clear away some intense and deep repressed energy from our psyche, which means that skeletons will find their way out of the closet. We need to face our hidden issues and make peace with our human indignities. Remember, we cannot be haunted by a ghost that we choose to face. Some of us may not want to confront our buried secrets because of the painful memories that accompany revisiting the traumatic aspects of our life which we want to escape or forget. But we must, it is a vital part of our soul journey.
The irony is that the most of us have chosen to live our life, especially our childhood or grown-up years in a difficult atmosphere or circumstances. We may have experienced having divorced parents, a life of poverty, a dysfunctional family, abusive or unloving family members, etc. We often suffered situations like abuse, rejection, abandonment, ridicule. We may have suffered mistreatment one way or another on a physical, emotional, or mental level. We have carried so much pain, anger, grudges, resentment, and all sorts of other “negative” emotions with us as we wandered through our life pretending that we were fine until the Universe provided the energy to fuel a triggering event to assist us look at ourselves honestly. The choice is ours; do we look in the mirror, or run away?
It takes courage and energy to forgive people from our past, and to let go of things that happened a long time ago. It is vitally important and very necessary to release these emotions, which is the pathway to allow us to embark on the healing process. We want to learn to not repress or hold onto our emotions.
There will come a time that we need to see the other side of our situation and to ask ourselves: Why we were treated unfair and unkind? Why were we put in such a “negative” situation, with such “horrible” people, or why we had to experience such a terrible situation? Hopefully, we will come to the realization that we should be asking the question, what should we learn from these experiences? When we start to ask these questions, and to accept that we have chosen to go through such experiences as part of our life journey as we experience and learn from our life lessons. When we begin to truly believe that there are no accidents in our life, that everything is perfect, and that we are all mirrors and teachers, then, and only then, can we look at our life from a different perspective.
There is a reason for everything that has ever happened in our life. There is a purpose and a bigger picture for every experience we have gone through. We are here to work through our karma, past life energies, and to learn our chosen life lessons so that we can achieve our soul growth and spiritual advancement.
We may be a very kind person in this life; we may also be a victim or have experienced being treated unfairly in our current incarnation, but how do we know what we were and how we were in our past incarnations? The truth is that we all have some past lives where we did horrible things, where we were cruel, rude, and unkind. What we did in the past incarnations might be much worse than what we have experienced in this life. I know this statement may be hard for many people to accept, unfortunately, it is my truth that I have learned from my own past lives as well as from the clients for whom I have done past life regressions. I would like to give one example here:
I once did a past life for a beautiful young woman who had a very difficult time with her mother. The young lady could not forgive her mother for something that happened when she was very young. She felt there was a very thick wall around her heart that prevented her from getting close to her mother even though her mother loved her very much. She wanted to find out why?
As I regressed her back to her childhood. She found out that at the age of 5 years old, she saw her father with both his hands around her neck strangling her to punish her for something unimportant. It caused her to choke, she was unable to breath, and it almost killed her. She saw her mother watching her father doing this to her but chose not to stop him. As she found this out during her regression, she cried and cried but had a very hard time forgiving both her parents, especially her mother. She just could not understand why her mother allowed her father to do that to her and why she did not attempt to stop him and protect her. She was angry and furious! Then, I asked her if she wanted to find out why her parents treated her that way when she was so young and powerless. She agreed and wanted to dig deeper. I regressed her back to a past life to find out why her parents treated her this way. In one of her past lives, she was a very powerful, young, and arrogant white military man, which treated everyone in a very ruthless and cruel way. One day while leading a military group that was invading a Native American village, they seized all the villagers, and then forced them kneed down on the ground. Then, he saw himself using a big leather belt to beat the unarmed and innocent villagers, especially around their necks. He triumphantly beat them to death. Both his parents were among the village people. He saw their eyes filled with terror and anger while he was beating them.
This revelation made her break down during the regression and she cried and cried. But this time she felt sorry for what she did in that past life. At the end, she said that what her parents did to her in this life was no comparison to what she did to them in that past life. By then, she finally understood her experience and was able to truly let go of her anger and distrust of her parents, especially her mother.
I have seen so many people experiencing this same revelation through their past life regressions, which has enabled them to truly let go of their own pain, grudges, anger, and hatred. If you are in a similar situation or are having pain and anger towards someone but having difficulty letting go, or you may think you have forgiven them, but the pain, emotion or uneasy feeling still comes out unexpectedly, I’d like to encourage you to go deeper to find the root cause. Yes, it takes courage to take such a step. But I can assure you that it will be very enlightening, it will liberate and free you. True forgiveness comes from understanding and releasing what’s inside you. The answer lies within you. Through the transit Nodes in Scorpio and Taurus and Eclipses in Scorpio and Taurus, the Universe has provided us this great opportunity to clear our deep buried and repressed energy, thus affording us the opportunity to open our heart center so that we can truly forgive, let go, and advance in soul growth.
